C.O.O.R.is an Intermediate School providing special education, general education, career and technical education services as well as vocational training services for adults with disabilities through ROOC, Inc. C.O.O.R. serves Crawford, Oscoda, Ogemaw, and Roscommon counties.

The services we provide are designed to support people to live, work and participate int heir communities as independently as possible.

ROSCOMMON COUNTY LITERACY COUNCIL
We are a non-profit organization dedicated to helping to promote literacy in Roscommon County. Our major functions include tutoring adults and children mentoring children in the elementary schools, our Books for Babes program (new books and parenting materials are given to all new mothers at Grayling Mercy Hospital) and serving as an affiliate for the Dolly Parton Imagination Library (all children ages 0 to 5 may sign up to receive one book per month, 60 books in all.

Michigan State University Extension provides 4-H leadership for youth, nutrition assistance and soil testing. Questions about natural resource issues are also welcome.
