Chambers of Commerce are responsible for improving the local business environment and strengthening communities through advocacy, networking, and campaigning. In addition, they create an easy line of communication for business owners to connect with governing bodies. In our county, we have three chambers. They each are focused in their designated area, however, they work very well together, and often share members, information and assist the other chambers when applicable. Although this sets us apart from each other, it encourages us to not only network, but work together with local businesses and organizations to continue to enhance the economy.
