News Help

The News Release feature is a great way to publish press releases, event summaries, and business news to your website and/or Member Information Center. Your members can submit a News Release for your approval through the Member Information Center, or you can create a News Release on their behalf from your Dashboard.

Member to Member Deals

One of the benefits you can offer your membership is the opportunity to share special discounts or “Hot Deals” with other members and your community. Hot Deals, sometimes called Community Deals, are specials that a member desires to post for consumer viewing on your association’s website. Member-to-Member (M2M) deals are also created here (Plus edition or greater with v2 or greater public modules).

Market Space

MarketSpace provides a way for your members to advertise real estate listings or classifieds on your web-site.

Popular uses may include: Classified ads, Auction items, Commercial real estate available for lease or purchase, rentals or housing units, and area specific deals such as college student coupons and military member discounts.

Job Posts

Job Postings are job openings that your members would like to advertise to other members and to the general public. Members may submit a job posting when logged in to the Member Information Center (MIC). As an association staff member, you may add a job posting on behalf of a member. If you choose, you can allow job submissions by anyone on your public website.

Getting Your Business on the Google Map

This is a great tool for all business owners involved with the Chamber to be a part of. Show on Business Directory specifies whether your entry will display in the Google map for other chamber members and quite possibly customers to see.

Info Requests

As a source of community, business, and recreational knowledge in your area, HLRCC frequently handles requests to provide a variety of information to your members and consumers. The Information Request module handles these requests with an efficient and thorough approach providing some advantages that don’t exist when performing the same tasks manually.
